These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Vibes Cube website and digital store, operated by VIBES CUBE TEKSERVE LIMITED (RC 8424592), trading as “Vibes Cube” (“we”, “us”, or “our”). Our store sells digital products including movies and films, music and albums, e-books and audiobooks, software and apps, and games. Please read these Terms carefully before using the service.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, browsing, or making a purchase on Vibes Cube, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the service.

2. Use of the service

• Account responsibility: you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
• Lawful use: you agree to use the store only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ accounts.
• No redistribution: digital products are licensed for your personal use. You may not copy, resell, share, sublicense, distribute, or publicly perform any product, license key, or download except as expressly permitted by the applicable license.

3. Orders and payment

• Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) as our primary currency, with US Dollar (USD) pricing available. The currency and amount shown at checkout apply to your order.
• You are responsible for any taxes, levies, or charges that may apply to your purchase under applicable law.
• Payments are processed by a secure third-party payment processor. By submitting an order, you authorise us and our processor to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown.
• An order is confirmed once payment is successfully received, after which your digital product is made available for instant access.

4. Intellectual property and digital licenses

All digital products are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights belonging to us or our content partners. When you purchase a product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it:

• Personal license: grants you the right to access and use the product for your own private, non-commercial purposes.
• Commercial license: where expressly offered and purchased, grants the additional rights described in that product’s license terms.

You do not acquire ownership of any product, only the license to use it as described. Any use beyond the granted license is prohibited.

5. Refunds and cancellations

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are limited. Please review our Refund Policy for full details on eligibility, non-refundable items, and how to request a refund.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Vibes Cube and VIBES CUBE TEKSERVE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service or any digital product. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. The service and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the store after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
