All products sold on Vibes Cube, operated by VIBES CUBE TEKSERVE LIMITED (RC 8424592), are digital — including movies and films, music and albums, e-books and audiobooks, software and apps, and games. There is no physical shipping. This Delivery Policy explains how your purchases are delivered and accessed.
1. Instant digital delivery
Once your payment is confirmed, your products are made available instantly. You will receive access through your account and, where applicable, a confirmation email containing your order details and access or download links. No physical item is shipped, so there are no shipping fees or delivery times to wait for.
2. Accessing your purchases
You can access everything you have bought from your account:
- Account dashboard: sign in to view your order history and your full library of purchased products.
- Download links: downloadable products (such as e-books, audiobooks, music, software, and films) can be downloaded directly from your orders.
- License keys: games, apps, and software that require activation will display their license or activation keys in your account once the order is confirmed.
3. Technical requirements
To access and use your digital products, you will need:
- a compatible device (computer, smartphone, tablet, or supported console);
- a stable internet connection to download or stream your content; and
- software capable of opening the supported formats (for example, a PDF or EPUB reader for e-books, an audio or video player for music and films, and the relevant platform for games and apps).
Please check a product’s description for any specific format or platform requirements before purchase.
4. Access duration and re-download
Your purchases remain available in your account so you can re-download or re-access them when needed. We aim to keep your library accessible on an ongoing basis, though availability of specific titles may occasionally change due to licensing arrangements with our content partners. We recommend downloading and keeping a personal copy of downloadable products after purchase.
5. Issues with delivery or access
If you do not receive access after payment, your download link does not work, or a license key is missing or invalid, please contact us with your order number and we will resolve it as quickly as possible. Where a product is faulty or inaccessible, you may also be eligible for a refund under our Refund Policy.
