Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on Vibes Cube, operated by VIBES CUBE TEKSERVE LIMITED (RC 8424592). Because every product we sell is digital and delivered instantly — including movies, music, e-books, audiobooks, software, apps, and games — refunds are assessed differently from physical goods. There is no shipping or physical return; instead, eligibility is based on whether the product is faulty or inaccessible and how much of it has been downloaded or accessed.
1. Refund eligibility for digital products
We will consider a refund where:
- the product is faulty, corrupted, or materially different from its description; or
- you are unable to access or download the product due to a technical fault on our side; and
- the product has not been substantially downloaded or accessed (for example, a download not completed, or content not consumed in significant part).
You must report the issue within 7 days of purchase. We may ask you to work with us to resolve the problem (such as re-issuing a download link or license key) before approving a refund.
2. Non-refundable items
- Digital products that have been successfully delivered and substantially downloaded or accessed.
- Game keys, activation codes, and license codes once they have been revealed, viewed, or redeemed.
- Purchases where the issue results from your own device, software, or failure to meet the stated technical requirements rather than a fault in the product.
- Change-of-mind requests after the product has been accessed.
3. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email us at vibescubetekserveltd@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase and include:
- your order number;
- the name of the product; and
- a description of the problem (screenshots or error messages help us resolve it faster).
We will review your request and respond with a decision. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
4. Currency
Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency — Nigerian Naira (NGN) or US Dollar (USD). NGN refunds are processed in compliance with Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) regulations. The time it takes for a refund to appear may depend on your bank or payment provider.
